RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Coco&Souls we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
All products are handmade and rigorously selected and inspected before they are shipped to you. We strive to deliver premium quality and amazing workmanship. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item. It's our goal at Coco&Souls is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If for some reason you change your mind, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. You can ship your item back to us and item must be received within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise total.
Return credits are issued to the original method of payment within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please take note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
